Dutch caretaker Prime Minister Mark Rutte and his Finnish counterpart Jyrki Katainen announced that they oppose the use of European rescue funds to buy the debt of countries such as Spain or Italy, in order to keep under control the interest rates which they finance, as was decided at the last European Council meeting.
