France wants to integrate the Roma

You can be unemployed too!

A few days after the controversy sparked by the words of the French Interior Minister, Manuel Valls, who said that "only a minority [of Roma] seek to integrate", Romanian President Traian Băsescu has announced he will soon travel to Paris to discuss the issue with his French counterpart François Hollande.

Meanwhile, on September 30, French Minister of Foreign Affairs Laurent Fabius underlined France's opposition to Bulgarian and Romanian accession to the Schengen area in 2014.
