Despite a new round of cuts approved by the Government, Athens will have to wait the month of October "when representatives of the ECB, the European Commission and the IMF return to Greece to see if it has made enough efforts to receive a new 8 billion euro tranche of aid, enabling it to avoid bankruptcy", writes Athens daily Kathimerini.
