The Daily Telegraph website has been attacked by Romanian hackers, reports România liberă. The self-proclaimed defenders of "Romanian National Security" who defaced two sections of the online version of the newspaper aim to protest against "discriminatory treatment" of Romanians in the foreign press, and particularly in Britain. In a text posted along with an image of the Romanian flag, they announce that they are "are sick of seeing garbage like this ... calling us Romanians 'gypsies,'" and "Romanians aren't gypsies, morons." The attack may have been motivated by remarks made by broadcasters in what the hackers term "shitty TV programs like TopGear."
