The leadership ring of Ekin (a political communication pipeline for the ETA via leftist nationalist abertzale groups, has been broken up, leads Basque daily El Correo. The announcement comes the day after the arrest of nine leaders of Ekin (Action), the militant wing of Batasuna, the outlawed political party linked to the Basque terrorist organisation.
