“Russian authorities, who have no solution for the Cypriot crisis, have yet to evaluate all of the consequences for the Russian economy,” writes the Moscow daily following Cypriot Finance Minister Michael Sarris’ visit.
Sarris travelled to Moscow to discuss possible aid from Russia, but no agreement was reached.
For the newspaper, “Russia will have to choose between two evils: either it must accept that its companies will lose money [deposited in Cyprus], or it will have to finance another bailout plan.”
